Job description
• Investigate new display technologies, perform detail tradeoff studies, and generate new approaches to further improve display performance • Define overall optical and module architecture and requirements, and drive rigorous validation plan to meet display performance target • Develop numerical models and hardware prototype to demonstrate proposed solution or experience • Identify critical metrics impacting display performance, analyze experimental and build data, present analysis summary to management • Drive issue failure analysis and corrective action, communicate with broader team on pros, cons and risks associated with any proposed solution • Collaborate with system team to understand system level requirement and drive module spec convergence and any necessary hardware prototype or demo
