Works collaboratively with leaders in the CNE organization including CNOs, Sr. Directors, Directors and Managers overseeing interdisciplinary teams, working collaboratively with leaders and acting as a liaison with support departments to ensure efficient and effective system-wide nursing operations for all of Kaleida Health nursing including global projects, recruitment and retention activities, leadership development strategies, and clinical program development and design. Provides nursing operational leadership through initiating, planning and managing the work performed by project teams and operational areas assigned. Continuously reviews system-wide nursing needs and effectiveness, safety initiative support, patient experience strategies, employee satisfaction and other projects that require system oversight. Coordinates nursing plan of excellence design, planning, implementation and project management for the nursing services. Plans and implements programs and projects intended to align with organizational areas of strategic priority focus.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications
BSN required. Master's in Business Administration, Nursing or Health Care Administration required. 10 years of progressive management experience related to operations in healthcare or other highly regulated industries. Must have a strong background in strategic development and planning, analysis, and/or quality. Prior project management experience preferred. RN license required upon hire. Project Management Professional (PMP) Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) Leadership or clinical certification from American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) preferred. Must have current RN license or valid temporary permit to practice in the State.
