Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Understand the market dynamics of the segment using a combination of research, data, and direct engagement with customers and partners.
- Interact with OEMs, SoC Companies, Ecosystem Partners to understand the key trends in this market and its relevance to SiFive products and technologies
- Formulate the market dynamics and customer trends into coherent market intelligence and strategy which feed into SiFive's product requirements
- Work closely with various customer-facing teams to support customer engagements
- Drive key executive partnerships and business development activities in the segment
- Provide direct feedback to Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams on market trends and product requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- 15+ years in the technology industry
- 10+ year in customer facing role such as Product Management and Marketing, Segment Marketing, Business Development, or Field Applications Engineering
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related major
- Strong, demonstrated track record of industry success in the related market segments
- Fluent in semiconductor SoC architectures with an understanding of how IP is deployed in the industry
- Balanced marketing & technical credibility- able to understand technology and then articulate its value to customers
- Ability to work with sales teams to close designs successfully
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, diverse work environment
- Good knowledge of Arm and/or RISC-V architecture
