POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This role will be a key member of the eCommerce Product Management team at Chico's FAS. Position will lead the creation and execution of our A/B testing roadmap and champion a new culture of experimentation and growth focus. Position will work cross-functionally across many teams including Product, Design, Analytics, and Engineering to rapidly launch, analyze, and iterate upon multiple site experiments.
Our ideal candidate has a highly analytical drive and the ability to deliver on assigned KPIs. Must also have a natural bias to constantly experiment and optimize funnels, features and flows, and identify and build distinct features that can improve customer engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Familiarity with retail industry trends, proficiency at experimentation tools like Optimizely or Adobe Target and strong data analytics skills are critical to success in this role. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to work seamlessly with business, product and engineering teams to execute our product and design roadmap.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the lifecycle of experiments which involves building, launching, analyzing, and iterating upon A/B tests to optimize both purchase and post-purchase journeys and maximize conversion across our brands, channels and devices.
- Partners with Head of eCommerce Product Management to establish and maintain the process to create and govern the A/B testing roadmap.
- Partners with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics to estimate the business impact of experiments, evaluate technical feasibility, and prioritize an experimentation and product roadmaps.
- Generates insights and recommendations based on analytics or previous test results to improve upon existing product experiences and help define requirements for new features, increasing Chico's FAS value to customers.
- Identifies strategic opportunities for testing to advance Chico's FAS business goals and develop a hypothesis library by leveraging quantitative and qualitative data, including survey results and customer research.
- Collaborates with the Product design team to ideate on innovative solutions that address both user and business problems and create powerful customer experiences.
- Facilitates workshops and design sprints with project teams and stakeholders to explore problem spaces and identify new A/B tests.
- Partners with Digital Commerce, Engineering, Product Management and Design teams to build and leverage an experimentation framework to accelerate our testing roadmap and improve speed to market.
- Works closely with the Head of eCommerce Product Management to champion the experimentation program and cultivate a test-and-learn culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree required with emphasis on business or computer science
- 5+ years' experience to include: 3 +years minimum in Analytics or Product Management and 2+ years of experience with digital testing tools (e.g. Optimizely, Adobe Target) and ability to read and give recommendations on results
- Proven experience with implementation of A/B tests that have had a significant impact on critical growth metrics
- Experience with a web analytics tool (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
- Must be highly analytical, good at using data to form a hypothesis and defining metrics to determine the success of product initiatives
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally with multiple teams
- Must display a natural sense of urgency, initiative and a positive team player philosophy to be reflected in daily work ethics
- Experienced in agile product development environments using modern design software tools, methods, and processes
- Retail and / or Fashion experience a major plus
