The Graphic Designer has a diverse toolkit. They are experts with design software (for example, Adobe Creative Cloud), can spot style guide violations from a mile away, and fluently apply gestalt principles like it's their first language. They understand the importance of a high quality "look and feel" and offer consulting and informed design recommendations to peers and colleagues. Both projects and relationships are managed with a customer focus and the right attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and three years of related work experience. Degree will be verified.
- Knowledge of design and communication theories and principles
- Skill with visual design tools, platforms, and technologies
- Skill in designing a variety of print and Digital Media
- Consultative approach to problem-solving
- Good communication skills (verbal, writing, presentation)
- Growth mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience
- Five years related work experience
- Experience with the latest visual communication techniques (for example, AR/ VR, 3D animation)
Physical Requirements:
- Interact with others requiring the employee to communicate information.
- Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
- See and read computer monitors and documents.
- Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
