Job Description
Summary: To support test and measure activities for new products. Provide the reports for those activities. Support quality activities as time allows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned.
Conduct test and measure activities for new products for rigid and flexible divisions within pre-established time frames.
Prepare reports on new product testing, including observations and analysis utilizing Zontec, Excel and other software programs. Present data in easily understandable arrangement and formatted to print.

Education/Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability
Ability to produce written reports which summarize and highlight the important results of a product test and measure event. The ability to orally convey information and respond to questions from Product Development Associates and others.
Math Ability
Understanding and ability to apply arithmetic functions, fractions, ratio, percentages and descriptive statistics.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
Basic computer operating skills. Ability to navigate in a Windows operating system environment. Intermediate MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access competency.

The work environment occasionally requires the ability to rapidly toggle between projects and priorities without losing effectiveness.
