Senior Commercial Restoration Estimator

Must reside within one hour of King of Prussia and Southern New Jersey for consideration. Pay based on experience.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Restoration Estimator to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of service and our commitment to excellence. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Commercial Restoration to provide precise estimates and drive the success of our restoration projects. RestoreCore specializes in servicing commercial clients and does not participate in any “program” style referral partnerships!

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive site assessments to evaluate damage and determine the scope of restoration needed for commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, and storm damage
• Utilize advanced estimation techniques to account for all facets of the restoration process
• Analyze project data and historical costs to develop precise and competitive estimates and mitigate potential project risks
• Stay updated with industry trends and pricing to ensure competitiveness in the market
• Work alongside project managers and technical teams to create strategic restoration plans that meet clients' needs while adhering to budgetary and time constraints
• Leverage strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and prices, ensuring the timely availability of high-quality materials and services required for restoration projects
• Provide precise financial oversight throughout the restoration process
• Contribute insights and expertise towards the enhancement of estimation procedures and project management methodologies, promoting increased efficiency and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Restoration estimation
• Strong understanding of restoration techniques, materials, and building systems
• Proficiency in using estimation software and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Experience leading and mentoring junior estimators or restoration team members
