Class Action Associate - Federal Clerkship Required

Boutique litigation firm based in Miami, Florida seeks an associate of 1-5 years of experience with an interest in prosecuting high-stakes Class Actions in the consumer protection and data privacy fields. Primary responsibilities will include briefing complex legal issues in federal and state courts, performing advanced legal research, attending court hearings, depositions and mediations at locations throughout the country, and developing innovative theories for new cases. Federal district court or court of appeals clerkship OR significant prior plaintiff-side Class Action experience is required. Both would be ideal. Candidates should have superior writing and research skills, a creative intellect, and an entrepreneurial drive. Compensation will meet or exceed the top of the “big law” market in Miami, and a generous starting bonus will be provided to a successful applicant who comes directly off a clerkship.
