Sr. Client Relationship Executive
Locations: Kansas City, MO | Hybrid

As a Sr. Client Relationship Executive you will build and maintain ongoing Client Relationships in order to create demand for the Company's products and services and generates new revenue opportunities across the global organization. You will have the opportunity to cultivate and develop lasting client relations and demonstrate a solid understanding of the business, financials, products/services, the market, and the needs of clients.

What You Will Get To Do:
  • Providing best-in-class client service, supporting your clients' strategic and tactical efforts.
  • Interacting with various product groups, support organizations, and business units of SS&C to ensure your clients are engaged and satisfied with their SS&C experience.
  • Advocating internally to amplify your client's voice.
  • Contributing to revenue generation through the identification of opportunities for additional product and service engagement.
  • Demonstrating expertise in the knowledge of SS&C products, services, and business practices.
  • Assisting with budgeting, billing, and contract administration.
  • Helping to remediate servicing issues and ensure client confidence in SS&C.
  • Communicating with customers via conference calls, written electronic correspondence, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Establishing work priorities, and helping to ensure SS&C delivery is timely and accurate.
  • Preparing monthly status reports and executive summaries.

What You Will Bring:
  • 3+ years of client facing work-related experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving and numerical reasoning skills; ability to analyze data and take action
  • Career oriented, highly motivated, and self-starting individual
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Efficient time management with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in use of business productive tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, data management, project management, and presentations
