Sr. Business Intelligence Developer (Hybrid And Remote Eligible)

Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for developing innovation solutions? Join our team! SNC is seeking a Power BI developer who is an expert in the areas of Power Platform solutions. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, business analysts and data analysts to implement reporting initiatives and deliver solutions. Ideal candidates can balance an understanding of the underlying business drivers and technology solution expertise with stakeholder management, team leadership and communication.

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Experience developing reports and visualizations in a Business Intelligence
• Deep understanding of Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing concepts
• Experience developing reports and visualizations in a Business Intelligence tool
• Experience interviewing users to understand and document data and reporting requirements
• Experience in architecting/building reporting and apps in Power BI Power Platform
• Solid SQL skills and the ability to write complex, highly-optimized queries

Preferred:

• Experience with agile tools such as Rally, Azure DevOps, Jira, Github
• Experience testing technical solutions
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure)

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $120,552.10 - $165,759.14. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
