We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance business processes and systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business analysis methodologies.
```Duties```
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems
- Identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions
- Create detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system deployments
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to create process flow diagrams using Visio or similar tools
- Solid understanding of database design principles
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python is a plus
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and project management principles
