Requirements:

• Cadence Certified
• Multi-year (~5 yrs.) build experience with Cadence
• Standard Cadence support experience
• Visit Types, Modifiers, Session Limits, Blocks, Pools, Scheduling Rules

• Ability to monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects
• Document build specifications, team processes and complex workflows
• Develop and share workflow best practices.
• Mentor other analysts in areas of expertise

• Prelude Certified / Proficient
• Referrals Certified / Proficient
• Multiple implementation cycles
• Reporting / SlicerDicer / Dashboard experience
• Referrals background and experience
• Ticket Scheduling knowledge
• Decision Tree experience huge plus
