Clearing provides the extension of credit through margin loans and provides interest bearing sweep products to its customers. In addition, Clearing provides other products and services including technology solutions that assist IBDs and RIAs to effectively service their customers.
- Review documentation and process requests
- Subject matter expert in your team’s discipline
- Assist in mentoring, coaching, and training team members
- Interface with a variety of systems and departments to resolve tasks
- Ability to interact and communicate in a professional and friendly manner with business partners across the organization and the financial industry
- Take initiative to participate in, and manage special projects and assignments that align to departmental and firm goals
- Provide training to new and existing staff, including departmental overviews for other teams
- Follow up on outstanding items and participates in the quality control process
- Analyze information to ensure high level of quality
- Take initiative to identify, lead and implement opportunities for process improvement
- Maintain a high degree of regulatory compliance and escalate any potential risk
- Employ good business judgement and apply legal and compliance considerations in mitigating risk to the firm
- High school diploma
- 2+ years’ experience in financial services industry
- Settlements experience
- Compensation for this position includes a Semi-Annual Bonus Plan
