SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Your New Role...
The Senior Analyst, Marketing Technology plays an integral, cross-functional role within the MarTech team. You will be responsible for managing the global marketing tech stack to support Marketing strategy and execution that drive growth and retention. You will help setup and maintain marketing, media, and advertising platforms, and support overall platform operations for WBD Streaming.

Your Role Accountabilities...
  • Collaborate with Subscriber Acquisition, Content, and Partner Marketing to collect requirements for supporting media campaign initiatives and ensuring MarTech platform capabilities are in place
  • Ensure proper platform setup to enable advanced targeting, measurement and media optimization, staying ahead of industry and vendor changes that impact the business
  • Manage the design and implementation of taxonomies and naming conventions across digital channels to ensure accurate data collection for global marketing performance analysis
  • Manage conversion event tracking framework and offline event data pipelines across platforms
  • Support deep linking management, QR code generation, and ad-hoc tracking link creation
  • Monitor ad platforms and QA platform performance during product enhancement updates


Qualifications & Experience...
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 2 or more years of experience in marketing technology or media platform operations.
  • Experience with data governance, taxonomy design and implementation.
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Familiarity with media planning, execution, and measurement. Agency experience a plus.
  • Experience with social media platforms, Google Marketing Platform, search, and programmatic
  • Experience with pixel deployment and tag management, Google Analytics experience a plus.
  • Experience working with an MMP.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain cross-functional relationships (marketing, technical, and business teams) as well as external vendors and agencies.
  • Experience in Direct-to-Consumer business. Experience within the OTT or Entertainment industry a plus.

The Legal Bits...
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $62,790.00 - $116,610.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
