National Grid is hiring a Senior Analyst, Fleet for our NE Operations Support department in Lowell, MA.

Job Purpose
Responsible to administer and coordinate multiple processes associated with the company's New England fleet of approximately 4000 trucks and pieces of equipment. To develop and implement strategic initiatives in the property services and fleet teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Primary areas of focus include coordinating and administering initial title and registration as well as the annual registration renewal process for all New England fleet. Processing and completing associated documents.
- Initializing vehicle specifications and lease commencement as well as lease conclusion with external suppliers and perform any associated governmental reporting with the above.
- Administer fuel card program for New England fleet including initialization and operational performance monitoring, processing requests
- Perform any NE compliance support as needed (ex: DOT reporting and permits)
- Analyze Dept reporting and support Fleet Operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or equivalent, or minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications
- Must display technical aptitude to learn and adapt to new software and technical solutions
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written skills coupled with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members and leadership
- This role requires a hybrid mix of on-site work at the primary location, some travel to various company and supplier locations, and work remotely.
- Must be able to adjust to changing priorities and respond to requests in a timely fashion.
- Valid driver's license required

$84,000 - $99,000 a year
Salary commensurate with location and experience
