About the RoleSupports the ongoing expansion of target business. Handles a diverse set of responsibilities, including establishing both internal and external relationships, analyzing the requirements of each opportunity, soliciting additional information to enable an informed proposal, analyzing financial modeling, and supporting the development of Win Strategies and overall proposal solutioning and messaging.Your Impact- Leads daily review of new opportunity submissions by Sales via SOP, working in partnership with Strategic Pricing & Proposals, to help guide the path of each assigned opportunity towards the most competitive and compelling solution design and win strategy. - Leads the development of a Win Strategy for each assigned customer opportunity, in partnership with Sales, taking into consideration the full breadth of Canon capabilities, spanning People, Process, Product, and Partnership for each customer proposal.

- Collaborates with applicable technical and operational subject matter experts (internal and 3rd party partner) to support the development of solution designs for RFx and proposal projects in alignment with Win Strategy and customer opportunity requirements. - Oversees and/or performs customer pricing template data population for RFx opportunities and other assigned customer deliverables, coordinating with Sales Team to ensure pricing deliverables meet customer requirements. - Supports development of sales messaging and positioning of Canon capabilities for assigned RFXs and proposals, ensuring alignment with Win Strategy.

- Develops and applies cost modeling strategies to ensure efficient total cost of ownership practices are applied to assigned current customer, RFX response, and proposal opportunities, including consideration for partnership incentive impacts. - Collaborates with all departments and stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and support the design of solutions and support offerings for new and existing clients. - Establishes and maintains productive relationships with key internal and external contacts to continually develop trust, cooperation, and business opportunity.

- Oversees, conducts, and communicates complex data analysis to internal company stakeholders and external customers, as required. - Coordinates with Strategic Assessment Team to develop future state design targets for assessment projects and deliverables, as required. - Supports the compilation and submission of insightful and strategic discovery questions for the client to facilitate an accurate, effective, and competitive Win Strategy and Solution Design.

- Supports the identification and proper application of customer references for each RFX project. - Supports sales strategy through the development of sales content, case studies, and white papers to be used by - Customer Strategy, Sales and/or our Marketing resources to secure new target business or business expansion. - Collaborates with sales organization in prospecting for potential target customers; support or lead exploratory meetings with prospective clients, as well as help to cultivate identified opportunities.

- Maintains functional awareness and working familiarity with services, solutions, and products available through CSA and approved partner vendor network; recommends opportunities to expand in-house services or partner network to increase competitive capabilities. - Supports the capture and analysis of opportunity and/or competitor data; help practically apply information to optimize opportunities for success with clients. About You: The Skills & Expertise You BringBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 9 years of related experience.

- Experience working in the managed services industry with a primary focus on enterprise managed print environments. - Experience in data management, analysis, and reporting is required, as is strong knowledge of various print-related technologies, platforms, and architecture, as well as proficiency on Canon MFDs, Production product line, and associated software and third-party products is required. - Operational and/or account management experience preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving, data management, and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Must be proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite.

- Expert Microsoft Excel skills ideal. - Public speaking required. - Requires national travel up to 25% of the time (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
