COMPENSATION
Annual Minimum - Maximum
$90,000.00 - $115,000.00
- Ensure financial records are accurate, compliant with regulations, and support decision-making processes.
- Ability to perform advanced Excel formulas and functions, including Vlook-up, Pivot Tables, PivotCharts, Data Validation, Advanced Data Sorting and Filtering, Conditional Formatting, Array Formulas, What-if analysis, External Data Connections, Macros and VBA.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee digitally routed PO and Non-PO invoices through the e-procurement system. Verify invoices are coded to correct GL accounts.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Proficient in accounting audit principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations, and closely collaborate with our auditing firm to fulfill all Accounts Payable submission requirements.
- Administer company credit card system, including downloading monthly spending reports and uploading them into the ERP System.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions, including supplier statements and aging reports, and resolve discrepancies.
- Upload reports from the E-Procurement System into the ERP System. Play a key role in implementing the new ERP System, Netsuite. Make system and process recommendations as we transition financial data into Netsuite.
- Ensure invoices are posted and paid promptly and per the agreed payment terms.
- Oversee reports regarding cash flow, variance analysis, and AP Aging; ensure correct payments are made promptly.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable total and general ledger with other applicable records (e.g., subsidiary vendors ledger).
- Help transition bill pay to bill.com.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Thorough understanding of Accounts Payable functions.
- Excellent understanding of the month-end processes.
- Understanding of vendor onboarding.
- Understanding of accrual process, including inventory.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, with one to two years of accounting experience.
DRUG TESTING POLICY
