Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our clients. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.
With independence the Account Manager is responsible to integrate at all levels of the organization to promote the delivery of a quality product and the professional and timely handling of customer work. Very strong organizational and communication skills, self- management, tenured customer service in related field, able to work on additional tasks and/or projects; ability to cross train. Must be extremely proficient with Google Workplace tools. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage and develop strong client relationships with multiple clients
· Act as a liaison between various departments to fulfill the needs and expectations of our clients
· Responsible for understanding and education of all offerings and services
· Service incoming client calls regarding completion times, billing, and explanation of services performed
· Place outbound calls to clients in an effort to obtain additional information necessary to fulfill clients’ service agreements
· Provide technical software support to clients and learn various software programs
· Testing of new proprietary software prior to client release
· Resolution of outstanding Accounts Receivable issues – outstanding invoices, unpaid prepayments, and credit card discrepancies
· Set appointments and continuing education sessions with CPAs and end clients for sales team
· Draft agreements and provide general sales support for sales team as needed
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Detail oriented
· Strong problem solver with the ability to think critically, gather data, analyze information and prepare reports
· Able to multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently
· Strong documentation skills and the organization of client information
· Proficient utilizing Google Workplace and Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel
· Ability to self-manage
Skills:
· Commercial, marketing and transactional Print
· Promotional item management
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
· Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsors
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
· Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
· Forecast and track key account metrics
· Identify and grow opportunities within account and collaborate with with teams to ensure growth attainment.
· Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed Day to Day management of client projects/programs through invoicing.
· Partner with sales/service delivery when needed to secure contract renewals.
· Daily interaction with various departments including but not limited to: Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, Service Delivery, Technical Support, and Finance.
· Contract and pricing validation.
· Support ad hoc reports/requests as needed.
Pay Disclosure:
“The salary range for this position starts at $80,000/annum; however, base salary offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
