Responsibility:

Responsibilities of the Sprinkler Fitter include, but not limited to:

• Install and service of fire sprinkler systems.
• Perform both visual and functional tests inclusive but not limited to, waterflow, backflow, dry valve, main drain testing, FA connection, or other municipal connections.
• Inspect and repair various sprinkler types of systems and components ensuring system functionality inclusive but not limited to backflows, waterflows, gauges, pipe runs, valves, couplings, and threading as needed.
• Run, layout, measure, thread and cut pipe.
• Run main drain tests on all risers
• Install or replace wet, dry, pre-action, deluge and foam systems as needed.
• Read gauges and record information, noting deficiencies and ensuring pressures are within acceptable levels.

Qualifications:

We are looking for those team members that possess the following traits:

• Must have commercial sprinkler fitting experience.
• Expected to be able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and other field employees.
• Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the sprinkler fitting trade.
• Ability to effectively use a Sprinkler Pipe Threader
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.
• Conceptualize concepts easily and visualize potential outcomes.
• Knowledgeable about technological developments.
• Great attitude.
• Reliable.
• Productive.
• Committed to safety.
• Committed to being drug free.

• Valid driver’s license with transportation.
