Retail Digital Marketing Co-op, US
The Retail Digital Marketing Co-op will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day retail ops and activation for SharkNinja retail accounts. Will assist Retail Marketing Specialists in retail set-ups, online content management and analytics. S/he will have worked in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment, with the ability to communicate clearly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with account set ups for new products and assortment changes for key accounts, including setup sheets & routing of visual content (gallery images, video, enhanced content)
- Assisting with meeting and sample support requests as needed
- Scrub websites daily to ensure all product content is accurately represented and is best in class
- Assist in launches of new product online through content uploads, alignment on launch timing and securing site placements
- Seeding tracking and vine status reporting
- Optimize copy to ensure we are right reaching the right consumers, at the right time, in the right place
- Analyze competitive and complimentary products to identify trends and opportunities.
- Crafting analytics reports as needed using Excel and exports of data from Analytics platforms (Domo, Edge etc.)

- Domo and other reporting systems
Requirements:
- Ability to work cross-functionally and throughout levels of the organization with ease
- Extensive experience managing multiple projects in parallel, navigating a complex cross-functional matrix
- Attention to detail- being able to coordinate all details to ensure accuracy and consistency across all consumer facing materials
- Communicates clearly, highly organized with proven multitasking ability
- Proficient in Excel (v lookups, Pivot tables)
