What It Means to be a Reingold Digital Project Manager Intern
Are you constantly looking for ways to improve how things are run? Do you take the lead on group projects and break out tasks and timelines? Do you have an eye for detail as well as a big picture perspective? Do you want to learn more about digital marketing agencies and expand your skills? If so, then Reingold may be the place for you!
As a Digital Project Manager intern, you will explore the ins and outs of working at a digital agency. You will join a team of professionals working in web design, web development, user experience and information architecture, and digital optimization. You will strengthen your management skills while working with the larger team to deliver web products. You will work with team members who are eager to help you learn valuable new skills and advance your career.

The Digital Project management intern will be expected to:
- Work with clients to gather and document project requirements.
- Manage day-to-day internal team task assignments and communication.
- Support client and internal product owners in prioritizing the product features and tasks.
- Create timelines and schedules for the internal team.
- Monitor quality across all tasks and deliverables.
- Track budget and project health.
- Manage task coordination across the user experience, design, content, and development teams.
- Set agendas and take notes during meetings.
- Attend client meetings and facilitate internal meetings.
- Conduct research on new integrations and tech possibilities.
- Perform ad hoc tasks, depending on your skills and our needs.
We’re looking for interns with the following qualifications and skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking skills, including the ability to anticipate and identify opportunities (and threats) and develop a plan to pursue (or avoid) them.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- A positive, teachable attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and the Agile software development process is a plus.
Internships are full time (40 hours) during the standard workweek and pay an hourly rate of $20, hourly. The 2024 spring internship class begins on January 16th and runs through May 9th. Core hours during the internship are 9am to 5:30pm eastern. The Spring Internship is an in-person opportunity, with all five days of the week being in-office at our Alexandria, VA, location.
