Company: Hellas Construction, Inc., The #1 Sports Construction company in North America, is seeking two Service & Maintenance Technicians (DUO/PARTNERS) to join our team and increase our national presence in the West-Coast Region. Our home office is located in Henderson, Nevada. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE SIGNIFICANT MULTISTATE TRAVEL.
About Us: Hellas Construction Inc., headquartered in Austin, TX, is nationwide, specializing in sports facility construction. We manufacture, install & resurface artificial turfs & synthetic surfaces while completing the design from start to finish.
Job Location: Home office located in Henderson, Nevada, with extensive travel across the Western Region of the US.
Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively across the Western Region of the US, with on-the-road travel.
- Maneuver, drive, and park a F250+ truck and pull a 40’ trailer.
- Load and unload equipment from trailers and vehicles.
- Operate basic hand tools.
- Perform and maintain general maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
- Obtain OSHA certification.
- Work independently and with others, demonstrating self-motivation.
- Proficient with Apple iPhone, iPad, Outlook email, and Calendar.
- Obtain and pass a DOT physical.
- Flexible work hours/schedule.
- Withstand exposure to all kinds of weather conditions.
- Maintain a professional image.
- Complete required paperwork, forms, and records.
- Service and maintenance/repairs on existing synthetic turf fields and running tracks.
- Operate variable reach forklift, Kubota tractor, UTV, sports field equipment, and gas blowers.
- Aid synthetic turf crew in installation of fields, including cutting and rolling out turf and sewing or gluing seams.
- Adhere to safety requirements on construction sites.
- Perform tasks to aid in set-up and maintenance of orderly and safe work environment.
- Daily paperwork and reports.
- Follow DOT guidelines and standards, including daily truck logs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- No prior experience in Synthetic Turf maintenance is required, however, any construction, carpet laying, or landscaping experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country, focused on the Western Region of the US.
- Experience operating basic hand tools.
- Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and cooperation in team settings.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 80lbs).
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Clean driving record.
- Adherence to safety guidelines on construction sites.
- Strong customer service presence and communication skills.
- Physical requirements include but are not limited to: Sitting, standing, grasping, reaching, bending, walking, stooping, crouching, and lifting.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
