KESQ News Channel 3 seeks a talented individual to join our team as weekend sports anchor/producer and weekday sports multi-media journalist.

We're looking for a versatile team player proficient in shooting, writing, editing, producing, and presenting sports live on air, online, and within tight deadlines. As a vital member of The Desert's News Leader, the ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering excellent coverage and possess a strong work ethic.

Coachella Valley is an incredible place to cover local and professional sports. High school sports are a year-round focus, and we are seeking someone who can find and share memorable stories with our community. Our station is the broadcast partner of the newest American Hockey League team, the Coachella Valley Firebirds. An ideal candidate is excited to deliver coverage on the ice at the arena, on the greens at PGA tournaments, and courtside for world-class tennis at the BNP Paribas Open, where the top ATP and WTA players shine. Excel at this incredible opportunity with assignments both behind-the-scenes and on-camera.

Additional applicable experience includes familiarity with Ross Inception, Adobe Premiere, WordPress, and videography skills. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Pay Range: $37,000 - $40,000
