Spine Clinic Team Member (Afternoon Hours)

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic multitasker to join our team. This is a part-time afternoon front desk receptionist position in our busy medical office in Wilmington. Applicants must have a positive attitude, be outgoing, be able to communicate well with patients, and be willing to help out with a wide variety of office needs. Primary responsibilities will include greeting patients, answering phones, collecting payments from patients, scheduling patient appointments, checking insurance benefits online, and occasionally assisting with patient care. In this position you are not just an employee, but a central figure in the health and hope that our clinic provides to patients. No prior medical experience is required, but familiarity with health insurance benefits is a plus. Computer experience and Microsoft Office experience extremely helpful. The chosen candidate will receive all necessary training for the job.

The hours for this position are Monday through Thursday 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A candidate with a flexible schedule is desirable as our schedule may change from time to time. As we continue to grow, additional hours are expected to become available.
