This insurance coverage ensures that in the unfortunate event of bodily injury, personal injury, property damage, contractual liability, or cross-liability, there is financial protection in place. By having this insurance coverage, the Speech Therapist can perform their duties with peace of mind, knowing that they are protected in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
In addition to obtaining and maintaining liability insurance, the Speech Therapist, must also adhere to all applicable licenses and certification requirements. This means that the Speech Therapist must possess the necessary licenses and certifications as required by the State of Texas and/or any other regulatory entity. By meeting these requirements, the Speech Therapist demonstrates their commitment to professional standards and ensures that they are qualified to provide speech therapy services.
Moreover, it is important for the Speech Therapist to continuously meet all licensing, certification, or credentialing requirements.
