Speech Language Therapist- Home Care

Job description

We are looking for a qualified registered speech therapist to promotes and restores patients' health by completing the physical therapy process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; supervising assigned team members.

Job duties may include:

Evaluates patients referred for Home Care services to determine appropriateness for physical therapy services.

Establishes a Home Care plan including assessment of the appropriateness of the requested services.

Completes documentation in a timely manner
