Responsibilities
- Support and guide assistant with planning for and providing therapeutic interventions for clients with a variety of disabilities to remediate, improve, or alleviate areas of need and increase participation in home, community and school.
- Share and collaborate with other therapists.
- Data collection: Confirm accurate daily notes, quarterly progress & annual plan of care using web-based documentation system and/or IEP/MET compliance in schools.
- Team with assistant to delegate and divide appropriate tasks and oversee completion of student service time and IEP/MET documents.
- Demonstrate positive rapport with families, caregivers, and staff.
- Comply with all clinic/home/school processes to adhere to state/federal guidelines for therapy delivery.
- Evaluations: administer test, interpret data, and recommend eligibility in written report.

- Arizona AZDHS Speech Language Pathology License
