Form of workMaxim Healthcare Staffing is accepting applications for Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to support students and work within the school setting. We contract with multiple school districts around the Cerritos area. Seeking SLPs for current school year and '24-'25 school year.
The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and physician's orders when applicable.

Schedule: Monday-Friday / 40 HR/WK
Location: Cerritos and neighboring areas
Pay: $55-65/HR

Responsibilities :
- Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions to patients with speech, language and/or hearing deficits in accordance with physician orders
- Assesses patient needs; plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of the speech therapy interventions
- Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
- Instructs patient/family/caregivers on patient's total speech therapy program
- Other Speech Language Pathologist duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of California
- Experience working in a school setting as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Valid CCC (required)
