Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.Soliant is seeking a passionate, dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Gages Lake, Illinois. As an SLP, you will work closely with students who experience communication and swallowing disorders, helping them develop and improve their communicationskills within the school setting. Your expertise will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing targeted interventions for students within your assigned caseload.

- Elementary Caseload, 30-40 students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, setting appropriate goals and objectives.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address communication and swallowing difficulties.
- Utilize a variety of therapy techniques, tools, and technologies to support clients' progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active Illinois SLP License
- Active PEL certification is required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship applicants (CFY-SLP) are encouraged to apply.
