Every road to success is different. That’s why we help you pave your own.
Join the award-winning team at Justine Sherman & Associates and embark on a meaningful and rewarding career! We are a clinician-owned company with two beautiful speech-language pathology clinics in Monrovia and Claremont and a new clinic in Ventura County opening in early 2024. We're proud to have been named the "Best Speech Clinic in Pasadena" for ten years in a row - and we're just getting started!
At Justine Sherman & Associates, we're passionate about personal and professional growth, and we're committed to promoting from within. That's why we offer a well-developed mentorship program and Professional Development Plan (PDP) for each team member, ensuring that everyone has the support and resources they need to succeed.
We are seeking full-time or part-time dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants who believe in our family-centered approach, seek multidirectional mentorship and who are interested in designing their own career path. That may mean further honing their knowledge in a specific therapeutic area, acquiring a new area of expertise like Orofacial Myology, supervising, developing programs or working towards a management position!
At JSA it’s our mission to provide collaborative, 1:1 family-centered treatment that empowers people to effectively communicate. Our therapists redefine the therapist-family relationship, emphasizing rapport and trust in order to achieve our clients’ goals. We accomplish this through a supportive work culture amongst our award-winning team, an emphasis on continuous professional development, and our impactful Family-Focused Language Intervention Program (F.L.I.P.) that incorporates our clients’ loved ones and total support system into the therapy process. Our core values of community and collaboration guide our actions and result in internal and external support of our team members, clients and the special needs community as a whole.
