- High School Equivalent / GED Required and
- Formal training from an accredited phlebotomy school or medical assistant program Required
- 1+ years data entry experience Required and
- Previous phlebotomy experience Preferred
- Computer data entry, laboratory processes including sterile technique, aliquoting and phlebotomy experience Preferred
- Phlebotomy Certification Preferred
