Job Description
OfficePro Inc, a Washington DC based technical training and recruiting company, is looking for a skilled and highly motivated Audio-Visual Onsite Maintenance Technician in the New York, NY (Manhattan) area to work in partnership with the customer, management team, and global help desk to provide on premises support for conference room setups and end-user meeting support.
Duties include:
- Previous experience in supporting Audio-Visual clients at the C-Suite/Executive level in a corporate and commercial environment
- Experience in a conference room setting with Audio-Visual equipment that includes Crestron, Extron and Cisco technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and break/fix on integrated systems mentioned with previous experience in doing so.
- Crestron toolbox and firmware upload and download experience
- Previous Unified Communications Support to include: Webex, MS Teams & Zoom
- Tier 1 Networking experience for AV/IT crossover and integration
- Own, support, maintain and troubleshoot industry leading Audiovisual & control systems for customers conference rooms/centers, multipurpose rooms, auditoriums, Unified Communication (UC) & cloud platforms
- White Glove support for video & audio conferencing, video switching, digital video transport, projection, sound & microphone reinforcement, audio distribution, scheduling panels, etc.
- Assist with customer meetings/functions that require use of existing AV infrastructure including but not limited to: audio & video conferencing, webinars & webcasting, visual display or projection, and control system operations (AMX, Crestron, Cisco, etc.)
- Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and applications, providing technical support & problem solving
- Work with IT and cross-functional business partners to support scalable and leading-edge A/V systems
- Collaborates with Helpdesk(s), Systems Administrators, Facilities, Engineering Operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Works with external/internal teams to plan, implement and support global office builds & integrations as needed
- Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to technical staff or management.
- Exhibits a high level of professionalism and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service
- Documents status of issues and provides updates to management, team and end users
Experience Required:
- Previous experience with Audio Visual Integrated Systems consisting of Crestron, Extron and Cisco AV Equipment
- Crestron UC Engines as standard UC device troubleshooting
- Previous White Glove experience in a commercial and corporate setting

Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
