Minimum Salary: $80000

Maximum Salary: $100000

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the EH&S vehicles within Fleetwave.
  • Create and maintain a vehicle ''Health Index'' list and provide quarterly updates to EH&S Leadership.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews to ensure compliance with ''Take Home'' vehicles, fuel usage and mileage.
  • Run and collate Bestpass data, review usage for commutation and communicate with managers.
  • Function individually and in teams to develop or modify processes to promote environmental, health, and safety compliance while maintaining a cost conscience mindset.
  • Participate in off-site EH&S activities and outreach events.
  • Interact with both internal customers and external stakeholders on a proactive basis.
  • Assist with procurement of vendor contracts and be knowledgeable in Supply Chain procedures.
  • Continue to develop in the knowledge of environment, health, and safety and associated operating principles, as well as technical, and regulatory subject matter areas.
  • Assist the organization in meeting established goals and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate the EH&S training and work collaboratively with the company's Subject Matter Experts and The Learning Center.

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Related discipline (Environmental Science, Business, Human Resources) and 2 years Relevant work experience or
  • Associate's Degree Related discipline (Environmental Science, Business, Human Resources) and 4 years Relevant work experience or
  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years Relevant work experience

Relevant Work Experience

  • High proficiency in computer skills with the ability to learn/develop new technologies as needed. Required
  • Strong organizational, leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills Required
  • Must have strong oral and written communications skills Required
  • Must have strong presentation and interpersonal skills Required
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to complete multiple assignments with changing priorities while still meeting deadlines. Required
  • Must have a high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required
  • Must have a high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required
  • Environment, Health and Safety experience Required
  • Procurement experience Required
  • Data Analytics experience. Preferred
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Driver's License Required

Physical Demands

  • Able to work in all weather conditions, i.e. excessive heat and/or cold
  • Ability to travel to company locations to work on storm restoration and heat contingencies
  • Work rotating shifts, including nights, midnights, weekends, and holidays

Other Physical Demands

  • Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
