Your New Role
This position will support the WFS Marketing efforts across WBD and external events as well as all branding and communications of DEI. This position will also support DEI strategy and global enterprise wide initiatives and partner with DEI regional teams to localize and scale efforts across markets.
Your Role Accountabilities
  • Assist in the compilation of data to identify organizational and/or program needs and new opportunities, track results of DEI initiatives; Partner on global DEI data reporting utilized within DEI and PC
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging issues and trends in DEI , including practices, policies and principles and serve as a partner and collaborator to key PC, and DEI stakeholders to ensure DEI foundations and practices are embedded at every stage of employee life cycle.
  • Support the development and execution of DEI marketing Plan/initiatives in partnership with Corp & Internal comm to ensure alignment to key WBD messages
  • Support the central alignment of DEI Key Global Messages, Build and share out DEI Assets, DEI Branding and maintain DEI comms tools (sharepoint, WP, WBD ONE, DEI External site etc)

Qualifications & Experience
  • 2-4 years professional work experience, preferred in workplace diversity, equity and inclusion and within the development and execution of enterprise wide diversity initiatives. Specific experience within a global organization and working within a COE, preferred.
  • Well-versed in EEOC, Affirmative Action and Compliance, preferred.
  • Serve as a DEI thought partner and leader by maintaining advanced, in-depth knowledge of the industry, including practices, trends, policies and principles
  • Work on global initiatives - thoughtful of regional input and local execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications along with presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Must be self-initiating, exercise good judgment, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness managing diverse stakeholders including but not limited to executives, employee groups, external vendors and consultants.
  • Candidate must be collaborative and creative.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research and trends into strategy.
  • Proven influencing and relationship building skills with internal and external partners and people from various backgrounds and cultures.
  • Oversee dept budgets

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $62,790.00 - $116,610.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
