OVERVIEW:
Among the duties of the Special Services Representative are facilitating In-Kind distribution requests, handling ROTH conversions, and assessing fair market values as needed. The representative must also manage the distribution of accounts with impractical In-Kind assets, deliver optimal customer support, ensure document compliance, and engage in phone and email communication with clients to satisfy regulatory requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Special Services Representative, you’ll be responsible for:
- Receiving and processing account terminations & reinstatements
- Monitoringand distributing expired promissory notes, options, and cashier checks
- Reviewing and updating client investments and accounts as needed
- Manage In-Kind distributions and assets with zero or decreased value
- Collaborate with Logistics to deliver all applicable legal documents to the Special Services Manager within 24 hours
- Following processes and procedures for compliance
- Performing other job-related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for the role of Special Services Representative, here are the skills we’re looking for:
- Previous customer service experience (a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of directly job-related experience recommended)
- Previous legal/real estate experience (a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of directly job-related experience recommended)
- Time-management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- A high school diploma is required
- An associate degree is preferred
