Why Gallo?

With a global portfolio of over 100 unique wine and spirits brands, we are the largest family-owned winery in the world. Apply Today! Our Brands. Your Future.

Join our team as an Associate Winemaker and embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for winemaking meets innovation and tradition. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of transforming grapes into exquisite wines, guiding each step of the process from vineyard to bottle. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the quality and style of our wines, ensuring they delight consumers and uphold our esteemed legacy.

As an Associate Winemaker, your responsibilities will extend beyond the cellar, encompassing the management of workflow processes, data analysis from trials, and ensuring the seamless operation of grape, juice, and wine handling. Your expertise will be vital in planning and executing winemaking procedures, from blending to bottling, always with an eye on quality and efficiency.

A collaborative spirit is key, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, participate in wine tastings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your recommendations will directly impact wine style and quality, and your ability to conduct and apply findings from trials and experiments will be invaluable in our pursuit of excellence.

We're looking for a candidate who not only understands the technical aspects of winemaking but also values creativity, teamwork, and innovation. Your role will also involve mentoring, presenting to stakeholders, and ensuring our practices are environmentally and legally compliant.

At our winery, we're committed to fostering an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are celebrated. If you're eager to contribute to a dynamic team, drive change, and craft wines that tell a story, we would love to hear from you.

Let's create something remarkable together. Apply now to be part of a legacy of quality, innovation, and passion.
