Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking a Special Education Teacher to serve our 1:1 private school, Augustine Hills. This opportunity is perfect for retired teachers looking to make a difference in the lives of students!
Location: Wilmington, DE
Type: In-person teacher for 1:1 teaching.
Schedule: Morning hours, 10-16 hours a week. 9 am to 1 pm (EST) Monday - Thursday
Description/Clientele: Middle School Students
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring, excluding student teaching, of grade level being requested.
- Must have experience teaching in Special Education departments and experience developing and monitoring IEPs.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Must have experience in and proficiency with written documentation regarding lessons and student progress, as well as assignment grading.
- Must be available for morning hours and in-person.
- Special Education Teaching certifications are preferred.
