Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Knowledge of child welfare laws and regulations
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Strong behavior management skills
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies and techniques
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of deaf education methods and communication systems is a plus
