We're looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable Assistant Teacher or Teacher Aide who has a passion for working with children aged 2-6 years old in our Spanish immersion environment. Pay range $16-19/hr.
This role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, and learn more about Montessori education! Many of our Assistant Teachers and Teacher Aides ultimately grow to take on Lead Guide roles over time, thanks to our accredited Montessori training program we offer to exceptional employees. Guidepost is so much more then a daycare!
- Experience working with children ages 0-6
- 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits
- Child/Human Growth & Development, worth 3 ECE Units
- Child, Family & Community, worth 3 ECE Units
- Program/Curriculum, worth 6 ECE Units
- We offer some credit sponsorship for those who currently do not have ECE units and are eager to start their career with us!
