We are looking for self-driven, trainable, and professional individuals to join our Accounts Receivable team! Our Spanish Speaking Collectors start with a base pay of $19.20 an hour plus uncapped commission and special benefit packages. Strong candidates for this Full-Time role must have a high school diploma or GED and:
- Ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish
- Enjoy or want to get experience working in an office setting
- Work well in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Have strong communication skills
- Are well organized and pay good attention to detail
- Consider themselves computer / tech-savvy
- Able to deescalate conflict
- Negotiate repayment and financial plans to recover assets for clients
