We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Case Manager to join our client’s dedicated team. As a Case Manager in their organization, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate mental health and substance abuse support to individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health assessment, intervention, and support to individuals in distress.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, safety, and risk factors to determine appropriate interventions and level of care required.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to enhance professional development and stay updated on best practices in substance abuse treatment and mental health care.
- Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines, maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive support for clients.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
- LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC license required.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, crisis assessment, and evidence-based intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly and build trust with individuals in crisis.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and make sound decisions.
- Must speak fluent Spanish.
Please note- The annual base salary range is $50k to $75k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
