This position is located in Mt Prospect – A northwest suburb of Chicago.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Minimum 2 years professional experience
• Technology proficiency
• Self-motivated and team player skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A responsible and conscientious nature
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to make independent decisions
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly
• Attention to detail and understand the importance of facts
• Bilingual Spanish

Key responsibilities include:

• Expeditiously learning the fundamentals of claim processing including investigation, correspondence writing, negotiation, and settlement of a claim through mentoring and self-study
• Answer and respond to consumer, producer, regulatory and attorney inquiries
• Handle a gradually building case load in both number and complexity
• Other duties as assigned
