Non Standard Auto Claim Adjuster- Spanish Speaking

Key responsibilities include:
- Investigate, evaluate, dispose, and settle claims with moderate supervision including the investigation, determination and evaluation of coverage, liability and damages, and the setting of proper reserves
- Exercise proper judgment and decision making to analyze the claims exposure to determine the proper course of action and to appropriately settle the claim
- Control claims costs and expenses to the extent possible
- Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process
- Document and communicate claim activity timely and effectively and in a manner which supports the outcome of the claim file
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Maintain an effective and organized operation
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3yrs personal lines Auto Claim management or adjuster experience
- Associate degree or higher is preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to identify potential fast track claims
- Experience negotiating and settling automobile claims
- Proficiency with technology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A responsible and conscientious nature
- Superior coverage analysis and confirmation skills
- Good problem-solving aptitude
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Attention to detail and excellent quality of work
The Position
- Full Time M-F 8am-5pm CST; Occasional Saturday
