Role Summary Join our team as a Spa Supervisor for the Madeline Hotel, serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the Spa to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, working closely on shifts with the team to greet guests, schedule spa appointments, assist guests in the boutique, promote retail sales and ensure guest service standards are consistently being met or exceeded. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Spa and fitness product & service knowledge, bookings & reservations, sales reconciliation & cash-out, inventory control. Monitor pool, gym & fitness area use, pool & hot tub & deck maintenance (may include mopping wet areas), manage cardio equipment knowledge, constant tidying of spa lounges.

Training in all areas of the Spa team Supervise all staff on shift, create employee schedules, administer disciplinary action and conduct performance reviews Product knowledge and training, supply orders, inventory counts and month end reports Oversees Spa Coordinator's duties when absent to ensure exceptional guest experiences Assists with Marketing and Treatment Development Inventory Management Respond to any guest inquiries or concerns regarding their treatment or experience in Spa & Fitness departments Ensures employees are providing Exceptional Customer Service and adhering to Forbes Standards Oversees Cleanliness and Presentation of the Facilities Be knowledgeable on the hotel/spa and speak confidently about other outlets in the hotel. Attends regularly scheduled meetings in the absence of the Spa Director. Collaborates and works closely with the Spa Director to ensure the needs of the business are met, budgets and goals are met, and satisfactory work is being completed by all employees.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Required Computer and Telephone skills Impeccable attention to details Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or wellness Desirable Experience at a luxury hospitality property Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work on a fast-paced team Prior experience in Front Desk Spa Leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Emotional Maturity Creative Problem Solving Skills Provides feedback and supports all team members Creates motivating work environment Adheres & enforces organizational policy and procedures.
