Spa Customer Service Associate

Infinity Beauty is a Beauty Studio located in Houston, TX offering V-Steams, Body Contouring, Skin tightening, Body Wraps, and many other beauty services! You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our beauty studio is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

Provide excellent Customer Service to members/guests

Perform Beauty Treatments/Services
Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
Promote health/wellness benefits of our services
Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
Positive, energetic attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Team player
Perform various other duties as assigned

Sanitize equipment

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Google Docs, Square Appointments, Square POS (will train) and basic accounting principles.
Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

Flexibility with schedule.

Perform Beauty treatments on Customers. Open the store at the start of business- ensure store safely closed in a timely & safe manner at the end of the shift.

Additional Requirements for Eyelash Technician Only: Minimum of 3 months experience, TDLR Eyelash Technician license.

Additional Requirements for Esthetician Only: Minimum of 3 months experience, TDLR Esthetician license.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
