Position - Spa Concierge
Purpose:
The Spa Concierge is responsible for welcoming guests, preparing them for services, ensuring their comfort and relaxation through guest amenities, and proper guest flow through the spa on a daily basis. The Spa Concierge is responsible for preparing beverages for the guests prior to, during, between and after services. The Spa Concierge will work closely with therapists to ensure that each guest is comfortable and on-schedule for their treatment(s). The Spa Concierge is responsible for conforming to standards set forth in the Team member Handbook and Operations Manual and will strive each day to exceed our guest's expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phones
• Welcome each guest who enters the spa
• Provide beverages, neck buddies, and other amenities to the guests
• Prepare the guests for services by assisting them to the dressing room, getting them a robe, and explaining the flow procedure
• Provide guests with necessary paperwork for applicable services
• Schedule appointments using management software
• Maintain organization of changing lounges, quiet room, service areas, etc.
• Confirm appointments daily for the next business day
• Prepare and sale gift card
• Sell/Educate guests on spa services and retail products
• Ensure proper lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy as set forth in the Ambiance
• Standards
• Prepare guest folders and work tickets
• File completed guest folders
• Assist Coordinator with duties
• Ensure laundry services are completed daily
• Assist in social media and marketing events
• Organize and oversee spa groups and special events
• Protect THE WOODHOUSE brand
• Abide by the protocols set forth by THE WOODHOUSE SPAS CORPORATION
Organizational Relationships:
The Spa Concierge reports directly to the Spa Coordinator, then the General Manager.
Must have evening and weekend availability. Experience in guest relations and team management is necessary. Skills: administrative, computer, organizational, communication, retail and training. Competitive hourly pay.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
