ROLE SUMMARY Join our team as a Spa Attendant and become one of the authors of our story. The Spa Attendant reports directly to the Director of Wellness & Retail and is responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring the cleanliness of all Spa facilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ?-?
Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in the locker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations ?-? Secure supplies and equipment and keep an accurate inventory list ?-? Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised spa environment through consistent monitoring of the relaxation lounge, locker/facility areas, fitness area, pool area, and spa back of house throughout the day.
?-? Maintain closets and prep areas clean and organised. ?-?
Dispose of trash in the proper area and refresh linens throughout the day ?-? Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment ?-? Report maintenance issues to Spa Supervisor or Director of Wellness & Retail in a timely and effective manner ?-?
Prioritise, organise and follow up ?-? Fully comply with rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the facilities. ?-?
Maintain relaxation lounge snacks and beverage following hygienic guidelines (using gloves) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ?-? Impeccable attention to details ?-? Ability to read and write in English ?-?
Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS ?-? Experience at a luxury hospitality property ?-? Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work on a fast-paced team ?-?
