YOUR SCHEDULE
This full-time sales position requires travel to St. George, UT, NV, AZ, CO, TX, and OK.
YOUR DAY
As a Southwest Area Sales Specialist, you're crucial for driving occupancy and revenue goals in Senior Living communities. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, you achieve monthly and yearly targets, support fill-up campaigns, and maintain resident pipelines. We prioritize your growth and offer a supportive environment. With 100% travel, you utilize our sales system to make a difference in residents' lives. You're self-motivated and passionate about serving seniors.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We are looking for a natural leader with outstanding management skills, including remote team management experience. We also require:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of revenue growth through innovative service offerings and sales strategies
- Sales proficient
- Demonstrated success as a director of sales or in a similar senior sales leadership role
- Strong proficiency in developing go-to-market strategies
- Experience in implementing scalable processes and organizational structures
- Consistently exceeded sales objectives
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with C-level executives
- Proficient in MS Office applications and possess a strong background in database management
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within the organization
- Valid driver's license
- Senior living experience is preferred
