As a caregiver with Visiting Angels Mainline, you are expected to assist with:
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Reminders
- Assistance with Walking
- Help with Bathing, Dressing, and Grooming
- Friendly Companionship and Conversation
- Running Errands and Shopping
- Light Housekeeping
- Live-in Care
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Communication and listening skills
- Respect, Empathy, and Compassion
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- At least to 1 year of experience of providing personal care to the elderly
- Dementia /Alzheimer’s/ Hospice care experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license, car, and insurance preferably
- Completed or ability to have a 2-Step PPD, QuatiFERON Gold Test, or Chest X-Ray completed
- Must be able to pass both criminal background checks and drug screening.
