We're looking for a seasoned line cook / sous chef to hire immediately. You'll have a stage shift to show off your skills and pay will be based off that performance. Must be self sufficient on the grill . We get about 1 steak returned to the kitchen every other month so that's the standard. This position does have the possibility of advancement to head chef with time.
